Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not misuse, reverse-engineer, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Platform. AI-generated content is provided as guidance only — you are responsible for the authenticity of your college application materials.

LaunchPath AI provides AI-powered tools to assist with college planning, essay coaching, and admissions research. These tools are for informational and educational purposes only. They do not guarantee admission to any institution, and results may vary. Always consult with a qualified school counselor for personalized advice.

Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and technology on LaunchPath AI are the property of LaunchPath AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the Platform without written permission.

Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis. You may cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. Contact us at support@launchpathai.com with billing questions.

Limitation of Liability

LaunchPath AI is provided "as is." We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.
